KEYENCE基恩士位移傳(chuan)感器(qi)與(yu)(yu)分(fen)(fen)體(ti)式(shi)(shi)LVDT位移傳(chuan)感器(qi)。回(hui)彈(dan)式(shi)(shi)LVDT位移傳(chuan)感器(qi)內置(zhi)有彈(dan)簧,在(zai)測桿(gan)受(shou)壓縮(suo)時產生彈(dan)性形變,外力減小或(huo)者移除后自動回(hui)彈(dan)復位。回(hui)彈(dan)式(shi)(shi)LVDT位移傳(chuan)感器(qi)正常情況下測桿(gan)處于外露狀態,測桿(gan)與(yu)(yu)傳(chuan)感器(qi)線(xian)圈倉(cang)為一體(ti),不可(ke)分(fen)(fen)離。分(fen)(fen)體(ti)式(shi)(shi)LVDT位移傳(chuan)感器(qi)則(ze)不具備(bei)回(hui)彈(dan)性能,測桿(gan)與(yu)(yu)電子倉(cang)與(yu)(yu)線(xian)圈倉(cang)可(ke)分(fen)(fen)離,使用時通過螺絲螺母(mu)將測桿(gan)與(yu)(yu)設(she)備(bei)驅動器(qi)連接,并隨驅動器(qi)的位移變化輸出模(mo)擬信號(hao)或(huo)者數字(zi)信號(hao)。

需要(yao)注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)的是(shi),被測(ce)物體(ti)表面(mian)的加工(gong)狀況(kuang)也(ye)(ye)會影響傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)的檢(jian)測(ce)結果。電渦流傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)探頭對(dui)應(ying)的被側面(mian)應(ying)表面(mian)光潔,不存在(zai)刻痕、洞眼、凸起、凹槽等(deng)缺陷(xian)(特意(yi)(yi)為鍵相器(qi)、轉速檢(jian)測(ce)等(deng)設置(zhi)的凸臺或者凹槽除外)。被測(ce)物體(ti)表面(mian)的鍍層也(ye)(ye)會對(dui)傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)檢(jian)測(ce)造成較大的影響。
