(1)運算電(dian)路(lu):將外部(bu)的速度,轉矩等指(zhi)令同檢測電(dian)路(lu)的電(dian)流,電(dian)壓信號進行運算比較,決定逆變(bian)器(qi)的輸(shu)出電(dian)壓,頻率。
(2)SEW變頻器(qi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),電(dian)(dian)流(liu)檢測(ce)電(dian)(dian)路:與主電(dian)(dian)路電(dian)(dian)位(wei)隔離檢測(ce)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),電(dian)(dian)流(liu)等。
(3)SEW變(bian)頻器驅動電路(lu):驅動主電路(lu)器件的(de)電路(lu)。它與(yu)控制電路(lu)隔離使(shi)主電路(lu)器件導(dao)通,關斷。
(4)SEW變頻(pin)器(qi)速(su)度檢(jian)測電路以(yi)裝在異步(bu)電動機軸機上的(de)速(su)度檢(jian)測器(qi)的(de)信號為速(su)度信號,送入運算回路,根(gen)據指令(ling)和運算可使電動機按指令(ling)速(su)度運轉。
(5)SEW變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)保護(hu)電(dian)路(lu)(lu):檢(jian)測主(zhu)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)的(de)電(dian)壓,電(dian)流等,當發生(sheng)過(guo)(guo)載(zai)或者過(guo)(guo)電(dian)壓等異常時,為了防止(zhi)逆變(bian)器(qi)(qi)和異步電(dian)動機損壞,使(shi)逆變(bian)器(qi)(qi)停止(zhi)工作或抑制電(dian)壓,電(dian)流值。
